Re: Worms Clan Wars

Jeez, I wasn't even really bashing the game. More like bashing Team17, which is completely justifiable. Anyone who doesn't at least share my skepticism has the wool over their eyes. It's the people who blindly always compliment Team17, and the casual players who eat everything up, who are responsib...

British Candy Authority

Everyone is watching this hilarious series, yes? I could watch Ben chew candy all day. So dreamy... err, the thought of chocolate I mean.

Anyone who hasn't watched should start with the first one I guess, the benchmark! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ew_fH0khmc

Re: So I think this was about due

Thanks for the wall of text. Now allow me to rephrase. :P I don't know if that magic could ever be created again on another forum by us as a group, because there's no longer a single forum ripe with unsuspecting newbies that we all use. Maybe we could quietly assimilate into the TUS community and th...

It may have been 500+. It was changed to invite only by the time I reached the required number of posts, and you buggers took forever to invite me. :P The avatar fads were one of the best things, even though I think I only participated once. I don't know if that magic could ever be created again on ...

Every Worms game I've played from Worms3D onwards felt slow! Lots of synchronising and not much playing. Worms Forts games were painfully long (I've only played against the computer in that one, so I imagine online was worse).

If you don't want an email for every thread you've posted in, I'd say forget subscriptions. Doesn't the view your posts link which is at the top of the page give you exactly what you're asking for?

Re: Worms Clan Wars

By the time this comes out I'll probably be in the mood for playing a Worms game again, although maybe not enough to make a clan successful. They've already tried the class thing in Revolution, so it ought to be nicely refined, at least in theory. 8-)

Re: Worms 2 Audio Files Missing

Normally I use Mediafire, but the file was too big and it seemed like a good excuse to see what RapidShare's like now. I've rarely had issue with it, but we're used to downloading things slowly here in the colonies. It's all the websites that imitate RS poorly that are the most annoying. :P

Yes, the channel being a slight remnant of the hole in the heart which is meant to fuse closed at birth, a defect which about 25% of people have. Video doesn't show it, but it will heal over, and then no more blood can sneak through to the brain without being filtered by the lungs first.

Successfully got a funky doodacky similar to this one installed in my heart. Reduces my chance of having a stroke that actually causes some symptoms, and might help my migraines as well. 8-)

There's weird characters strewn throughout the website wherever the pound symbol or various unicode characters are used: https://google.com/search?q=%22%C3%82%22%20site%3Adream17.info http://dream17.abime.net/softography.php?id=46 the emphasis is firmly on console: it's immediate, it's fast and it's...

No, we can't. Maybe you can because you're a leek hackspinn0r.

We've tastefully posted in a few of the 2007 threads and kinda made them feel welcome. I think it would be rude to kick them out now. :P

Re: The Big Steam Thread

About all I've bought on Steam since I got a new PC late last year is a few demolition racing games, which were handily put on sale in the last few months, but I haven't even installed all of those yet. My wallet should be fine because the only game on my wishlist is Crazy Taxi. I have no idea why i...

Re: Worms 2 Audio Files Missing

I've ripped to FLAC and uploaded to RapidShare. 500MB, good luck with that. ;)

PS. If one thing's more annoying than the audiophile thing, it's the need for the MB/MiB distinction. Thanks for reminding me RapidShare, I probably won't sleep well tonight.
