Are these bugs on Superfrog or on WinUAE?
Can anyone check these bugs on a real Amiga 500? I want to know whether these bugs are on Superfrog or on WinUAE. I saw these problems on Superfrog running on WinUAE.
On the circus (fun park) level of Superfrog, there are water pourings on sides of the water pools. When these pourings are on the one side (the same side on all pools(for example left)) there is no problem, but when there are pourings on both sides, one of them doesn't pour, even they are on different pools. In addition, on a sublevel of circus level, one water pouring doesn't pour on quarter-filled pool.
On the space level, the lifts which end with traps don't work. The other lifts don't run from the center of the lift, they run from tha starting points or near the endpoints.

I don't have a real Amiga version, but I'm not sure. I do seem to remember those lifts working on the PC version. Also, the water pouring effect may not have an animation, but it certainly works in the same way (makes SF slip down the slope, that is...)

Even if it is a bug on WinUAE, it's probably related to Superfrog and not the product itself. It could just be the cracked disks.

What do IPFs mean? I tried CD32 version of Superfrog and I think that diskette version of Superfrog will be tha same; therefore it can be checked on a real Amiga.Squirminator2k wrote:Have you tried using the IPFs?

We have IPF disk images, which are perfect images of the original disks rather than cracked versions (they even include the ever awesome intro sequence). You can download them from Sueprfrog's Downloads page.

IIRC, the vanishing water-pouring effect thing does happen on the Amiga version itself, although that said I've only ever played the cracked version on an actual Amiga (I keep my original boxed copy elsewhere - I acquired it in a store cleanout nearby for a pittance, and I daren't open it).

What? That'd render an entire section of my site useless!!
