Not necessarily. Maybe they're watching a bird, and it's just coincidence that the bird happens to be wherever the camera is positioned.

Or maybe they're looking to see what that strange turtle in a cloud with a fishing rod is doing buzzing around them.

Well that'd explain the name Worms 4.

Anyways, my opinion on Worms 4? So much better than Worms3D. I rest my case.
