I've made one on Frappr HERE

I think their site is complicated.

I think that Dream17 look doesn't suit Frappr too well.

Frappr is pants. It's allowed me to add myself to my friends list and put myself on my map. Every time I put in a 'shoutout' it adds to my map tag and changes it from Dream17 staff to the general type. When I started the map it automatically created an account for me using the same username as someone else (matt) and added him to my friends list. The first message in our 'shoutouts' thing doesn't contain anything and the name of the poster keeps changing. It also says there are five people using the Dream17 staff tag when only three people have placed anything on the map.

It also put me a good two miles away from where I actually live, despite zooming in and pinpointing the exact location (although, eerily, it did put me rather close to where my Mum and sister live).

Yeah, looks like the guestmap's bork'd. Frappr seems alright to me.
