nintendo are makeing a new super smash bros for the nintendo revolotion called "super smash bros brawl" i have seen the trailer it looks ace, new character on it so far is metanight form kirby, pit from kid icris, samus without her suit, wario (my fave so far) and.. wait for it.... snake from metal gear solid. which i think is ace. they havent decided it put sonic in it yet.. but they probily will.

No, they won't put Sonic in it. If they do, I won't buy it.

However, I am ridiculously looking forward to the prospect fo a suitless Samus in 3D.

my fave characters in it so far is metanight. hes cool. 8)
it was a bit of a surprise to see snake init...
well i think sonic will end up init...

Sonic's not going to be in it!! Snake is the first third-party character they've put in, which seems fine to me. However, they'd never use Sega's mascot in a new SSB game, no way, no how.

And yes, MetaKnight is a cool character to have an appearance.

I don't see why not. Nintendo and Sega don't seem to be exactly at each other's throats these days.

I think it would be in both of their best interests to gang up wherever possible.

Yes. Sega and Nintendo are pals now. Sega made F-Zero GX. If any other third party characters at all will be in, Sonic is at the top of the list without a doubt.

Anyhow, I am looking forward to this game in a way words are weak to describe, and I get a point for Meta-Knight.

yeah sonic should be in it. imagine people would be able to see who is the best out of sonic and mario (the argument of all time).

metanight's init so kirby isent the only one of his game-kind.

i still don't underdtand how snake is going to move init. he doesn't jump much in metal gear solid so how will nintendo make sence of that (i like the box idea.. that will work).

metanight seems to be my fave character so far. i used kirby the most when playing the gamecube version so i figer metanight will be ace with his sword..

Link isn't much of a jumper, either. And Fire Emblem is traditional RPG stuff, so there's no jumping at all there. Dr. Mario doesn't jump, either...

While I'm not a Sonic fan, I can see the appeal of having Sonic and Mario legally appear in the same game (there was an unofficial pirate "Sonic" game for the SNES, you can pick it up on eBay for a pittance). Besides which, if any Sega mascot is going to appear in a SSB game, it has to be the much underrated Alex the Kid. Or the Chu Chus.
