But man, wouldn't that make such a wonderful straight to TV movie drama? Splapp vs the untamed land of America.
Although, he's British - it's a sin we can look past.

FRIDAY
Image
Splapp makes it to Fort Hall. He'd prefer if it was called Fort Hull though.
Image
Although he's made it a few hundred miles since the tragic events of losing everyone - he's overly feeling pessimistic.
He feels like someone else's thoughts go through his mind. "Splapp's odds of making it halfway across the untamed continent by himself aren't great."
Splapp contemplates hurting himself, but chooses to rub flowers on himself instead.

Wow you guys are catching up in terms of progress despite such a terrible start.
Star N Moon gets yelled at for taking a bath in Soda Springs.
SATURDAY
Image
Where is Splapp today?
Image
Ahh, he found wild fruit. He remembered when Worm Mad Sup Super ate some bad fruit got a and puked a whole lot. Slick and Splapp would throw stones at him and laugh and laugh at how he couldn't get up and chase him.

You've made it to Fort H...looks like it was Fort Hall but someone carved a big "U" over the "A" and it says Fort Hull.
Hmmmm no matter. Hk surveys the area and Beardy calms down after a bad mushroom trip.

Yay!

Maybe we can incorporate Splapp into our caravan... we're almost catching up with him.

He remembered when Worm Mad ate some bad fruit got a fever and puked a whole lot. Slick and Splapp would throw stones at him and laugh and laugh at how he couldn't get up and chase him.
Impressive given that I'm in the other caravan.

Splapp is keraaaaazy :o

Worm Mad - is he a mad worm or a person mad about worms? I'll give you a clue - it's not the first one.

SUNDAY
Splapp
Image
*sniff sniff*
Splapp smells something horrid and very unpleasant. Going to investigate he finds another wagon that fell down a ditch and the smell was coming from rotting corpses.

"What would Jesus do?" he asks himself.
-Splapp checks the wagon and their pockets for anything valuable.
Image
Hey, not a bad score, considering it's all free.

Caravan 2
Image
Beardy takes over driving and falls asleep. SUDDENLY wakes up after a large BOOM wakes him up.
"LAND MINES!" he screams.
But since those weren't invented yet as Worm Mad brings out - he gestures over to a huge pot hole in the road.
"How do potholes just happen to form on dirt roads?" Zeor asks.
Worm mad explains "Not a pot hole but a plot hole. This is just a device to try and explain something that happened at random to explain this event to make it somewhat humors. Since it's impossible to happen like this it's more of a plot hole than a pot hole. I'm also great at parties."
The caravan goes silent.
Image
They then all shrug and make Star N Moon fix the wheel.
Using his teeth, the repair was successful.

MONDAY
Splapp
Image
Feeling a bit lonely Splapp took something else from that wagon.
Image
He has named this arm "Wilson". It now accompanies Splapp on his journey.

Caravan deuce
Image
Star n Moon really wants to go to a Denny's restaurant and hijacks the caravan while everyone is sleeping.
Image
Denny's hasn't been invented yet.
How does everyone in this caravan have knowledge of the future?
Worm Mad begins to explain - but Huntakilla punches the back of his head.

TUESDAY
Splapp
Image
"Ugh when will this journey EVER END?!" Splapp laments.
Suddenly he comes across an Indian.

Image
His name is Gaalfaate (which means- whose cheeks tear) He looks suspicious but he seems insistent helping Splapp cross the river ahead.

Lets size up the situation for Splapp ol' boy.
Image

Image

Well... Gaalfaate says he'll take Splapp across without charging an arm and a leg.
Hmm...
"whatever" Splapp is indifferent. It's not like he could kill off the rest of the Caravn.
*Splapp then begans to weep bitterly while gnashing his teeth.
Image
"Pfff fine. Indians really don't have any idea of whats valuable to trade" Splapp scoffs
Image

Splapp is a half days journey away from the river that was crossed to only realize Wilson is gone.
The Indian didn't take an arm and a leg, just an arm. :(

Caravan 2
Image
The caravan feels bad for the cattle and give them a break. Not wanting to slow down they hitch Star N Moon to the wagon.
Image
The caravan rotate in turns to whip StarNmoon to help motivate him to get up.

I'm not convinced that Indian isn't a special magical friend that only Splapp can see.

WEDNESDAY

Splapp
Image
Poor fella... first he lost all his friends and then his imaginary arm friend, Wilson.

In the distance he see's a snake. He feels drawn to it because its also alone. ...it also doesn't have any arms or legs.
Snakes are, after all "just worms with teeth", he reasons.
Splapp sees him shaking.
"Hey, if you're cold mate, you can ride with me."
The snake slithers to him and gets in the wagon with him.
They begin to rest for the night but can't seem to get comfortable. So they decide to pass the time with a game of monopoly.
Image

The snake leaves and burrows into the ground.

Turns out the snake was a cheating snake and Splapp caught him taking more money than he should from the bank.

Caravan 2
Image

The gang find a particularly strange grave stone on the side of the trail.
Image

Other than that WormMad and Beardy have broken out into a fight over who is the best qualified to whip StarNMoon to push the caravan.

THURSDAY

Splapp
Image
Lookie there you made it to Fort Boise!
Image
Oh...
Well it looks like they're closed down for the weekend.
No snake medicine for you sir.

Caravan 2
Image
Man I ought to really redo this group picture. :p

Unless someone else wants to? :D?
:(

Anyways the caravan come to a strange Indian who... this seems familiar.
Image
It's Gaalfaate and he offers to take you safely across the river as long as he gets is promised to marry StarNMoon.
StarNMoon completely rejects this offer and says that he'd rather drown.
Be careful what you ask for. Gaalfaate's feelings are deeply hurt and promises such a fate for StarNMoon.
Huntikilla is sick of the drama and threatens to rip out Gaalfaate's intestines through his nose if he just doesn't take them across the river.
Image

Who ever said violence never solved anything?
Worm Mad and Zeor braid Beardys beard as the caravan continues onward.

Friday
Splapp
Image
Not being able to get into the last fort he visited Splapp decides to eat some meat raw.
Image

Guess raw rabbit that's been sitting in the back of the caravan for who knows how long wasn't the best decision.

Caravan 2
Image
Zeor complains that "For November it's REALLY freaking cold!"
And then life decided to make things harder on poor Zeor.
Image

Beardy doesn't believe in snow and says it's actually a type of poison and is deathly afraid of the snow.
Huntikilla takes a nap.
Worm Mad steals StarNMoons rations for the next day secretly.
StarNMoon thinks of fun activities to do with his friends.

Saturday
Splapp
Image
Splapp is so sick and hungry that he tries to eat an ox while it's still alive.
Image
Took him a while to catch it to get back on the road again.
Caravan 2
Image
Well that was a lot of snow that fell. It's going to take StarNMoon a while to shovel everything out.
Image
The rest of the caravan laugh and tell stories around a warm fire while StarNMoon digs them out.

Poor Splapp... not looking good for him.

And what the hell is that art for the impassable trail!? Does a US flag inside a square of fence make the trail impassable!? Is the government blocking the trail!? What the... We should investigate...

That's Fort Boise, I'm pretty sure, and we haven't reached it yet - it's a bit on the left instead of scrolled to the middle of the screen. We got stopped before that. Just like that time we spotted the Emerald City and then a bunch of flowers put us to sleep for some reason. Pretty sure those were Star & Moon's flowers. What's up with that guy?!
