Bump! I just resumed working on the third and last medley. Took me long enough, but I never completely forgot about it. It may be a little while before it is finished, but when it is done I'll repost the first and second ones as well. In the meantime, here is most of the world 3 music, which'll prob...

It's all about getting snaking down, which I can't seem to! I wish you could do more with wifi though, like the balloon battles. I guess I can't complain though, its the first handheld game I've played with people from elsewhere on the planet... with the gameplay in question being very smooth at that!

The majority get BORK'D up into large strings of very short clips that are each 204 bytes in size for some reason. Haha, er, the solution for one of these was just stringing them all back together. It was a bit insane, because WinUAE broke this up into over 60 individual wavs. Superfrog's death cry...

Moxy, sometimes really short samples have a habit of not wanting to be audible or start at all, depending on what you try and listen to them in. I have no clue why, but it has happened to me before listening to some short drum machine samples in winamp. Try opening the get-hit sample in a program wh...

Naw, I'm bored and have nothing to do tonight. 8-) Unfortunately, that sound effect ripper seems to only work for less than half of the samples. The majority get broken up into large strings of very short clips that are each 204 bytes in size for some reason. :( The ones I were able to get together:...

I don't believe I could be of help in producing original sfx, but there is the sample ripper option in WinUAE. I'll upload a zip of everything I can get for you in a couple minutes. :)

The bees don't follow SF, though. They pull towards his direction when you get near, but within fairly small parameters actually. They just kind of linger towards you once you get near 'em, but they'll follow you within an area probably less than that of a full screen. Unless if it was different in ...

Is it possible for an obstruction in terrain to have an impact on the monsters' movements? In one of the pyramid world levels I seem to recall a mummy that fell short of a hidden hole in the floor, and it was a good way to keep an eye out for it. Although it may have just been a coincidence, or coul...

I was wondering if anyone else ever had a similar problem- To make the game run properly, I use a pal boot disk that does something to make it work. I'm not sure if it is doing something about the framerate or what (since I imagine it was designed for European systems?), but that somehow does someth...

Managed to get it done today! I put it up on my band's myspace-
http://www.myspace.com/parasprinter
Should be available for download from there too, since streaming from myspace is sometimes choppy.

I can't figure out a setting for video output in winuae that looks nice, plays back at the right speed, and/or isn't legendarily huge in size. I'll try again some more this weekend, because if I can get clips of all the sprites doing what they do and get it up on youtube that would be nice. You coul...

Fun? What about making a version of the game for a more up to date format like the DS? That would be useful as well as fun. I think it'd be less accessible. People would have to have the necessary flashcarts and devices to get it on there (although I do plan on getting the stuff for that kinda soon...

Because it would be fun? Indeed! Nice mockup squirminator. I'm very happy to see this. :D If you gentlemen embark on a superfrog NES project, I could help supply nsf files. I'm not experienced with famitracker, but for something like this i'd be sure to learn. The tunes would be more restricted tha...

It seems to be at the some co-ordinates on both levels, don't you think? Also, I've moved the thread to the Amiga Classics section as you're discussing the original version of the game developed by DAM Design, and not the SCEE/Team17 remake. Oh! Thanks, I just noticed both but you beat me to it. :)...

I checked the original floppies and the adf files in winuae, there are indeed some short cuts. I found just two so far in oh no more lemmings- Introducing SUPERLEMMING (passcode NICIHTWODM): http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v281/abstartselect/lemmings01.gif You can dig a little further to the right...

Lemmings, secret level exits?

I'm not sure if they has been brought up before... is there a way of knowing where all of these alternate exits (glitches?) are? Way back I recall finding at least a couple, just by chance. Like if you dug in a random spot where normally you'd die by falling out the bottom of the screen, it might ju...

Ack! Oh well, no need to rush. In some googling around I found a couple things of interest. In the amig...
