The same happened with BenPaddon.co.uk - UK Plc's network went down, possibly as a result of a MySQL update or something. It works fine now. www.dream17.com seems to go to a placeholder page... I should hope not. I don't own Dream17.com but I intend to buy it at some point in the near future. Sorry...
