Re: Forum Royale 2: Payback from the Dead

He tried...some days I wish he had...but I survived! And that's why this result is invalid!
You're an invalid! I saw the faces before, but I'm in for a right laugh now. Here's hoping that outliving these Ultra High Definition and... permanentically-challenged 3D spooks only gets easier.

Re: What are you dream1❼ng?

Definitely. 8-) Maybe it could start with a Twitter handle and move up from there. It worked for ShitMyDadSays. I could even charge for product placement. Sometimes I only have to glance at a photo for a person or thing to appear in my dream that night. The python came from a former work colleague's...

Re: Obligatory new Worms game thread

Vehicles and buildings are nice ideas. The problem is that they're flogging a dead invertebrate and just remaking the same core game over and over again. Not sure what the tanks are going to achieve except to make the game longer like Worms Forts Under Siege. The worms can already walk and jump arou...

Re: What are you dream1❼ng?

This morning's dream was blessed with the presence of hardcore punk band Spiteful Urinator. They were the kings of a block-shaped squat building decorated with memories of their illustrious career through many lineup changes. They won a big trophy playing some gig at Vector Arena where the stage was...

Re: Which Worms games allow custom voices?

Yeah, Worms 3D supports custom soundbanks. I made a Spongebob one, but it could do with improvement. Soundbanks made for WWP will work in Worms Armageddon and Worms 2 as well. Worms 1 had the feature too, but with a different file format. At least the expanded version came with a bank editor which I...

Re: Positive Events and Occurrences 3.0

I tried one of the older Worms mobile games once and it was fairly basic and clumsy, so presumably they've improved a bit since then. Worms Golf was rather good though.

Re: What are you dream1❼ng?

I remember at least 4 dreams from this morning, but I can't be bothered describing them in too much detail. One of them was about another playground/electricity conundrum, though involving solar power this time. One was about a music festival, seemingly held on a parked train with some complementary...

Re: Virtual Thread

For some reason one of the first games that came to my mind was Goosebumps: Escape From Horrorland. Or how about Beavis And Butthead in Virtual Stupidity. I only played the demo of that. I alos have fond memories of this pack, particularly Mixed Genetics, Rat Poker and Lineup: http://en.wikipedia.or...

Re: What are you dream1❼ng?

My most memorable dream from last year was about a corporate neo-cult buying and taking over the company I work for. For some reason this was announced to us on the upper floor of a building which looked like a modern grand train station, but had a dinosaur museum on the ground floor. Out with the o...

In the end it all came down to... nibbling manure. Well we are worms, whatcha gonna do? I won the opening round of this thing on the Last.fm forums too, although in that one I survived by crying myself to sleep.

In light of Zeor's passing, his closest foes wish to suggest that this game needs a checkpoint feature. Yes, checkpoints. )))I.m.a.g.i.n.e. .t.h.e. .p.o.s.s.i.b.i.l.i.t.i.e.s(((!111

Re: Negative Events and Occurrences 3.0

I consider myself an optimist. Everything always seems to go great and I have little material for this thread. But maybe that's just an illusion perpetuated by rarely taking risks! lately my allergies have developed a bit of an aversion to anywhere that isn't the concrete jungle I call home. Correct...

Re: The 100% Unofficial Thread

It's a bit of a long way to go to see bands I'm not hugely into. Though I was already driving the 125km to and from Hamilton the night before to see some bands that are more my thing, so I would've stayed the night there as it's kind of on the way. But then I would've walked to the Hamilton bar inst...
