IGN: Any future Nintendo DS titles from Team 17?

Team 17: Yes. There's already one being talked about that's due to start shortly, but that's as much as I can say right now...

Now then, it can't be Lemmings and they've already said that W:OW will be the last Worms game for some time so I wonder what this could be. An original project or an update of a classic T17 franchise....or maybe a franchise they have licenced from someone else? Could it be the "secret" Army Men game.....God I hope not.

Because Ben said so. Just like b.r.o.k.e.n shows up as broken.

I personally hold out high hopes for a new Superfrog or Alien Breed game... maybe even Project-X. Or, and this would be fantastic, a Team17 Anthology.

Or, Army Men. Bleurgh.

I can't see Project X working on the DS because of the orientation of the screen and Martyn has already ruled out an anthology (see my interview in Retro Gamer) but either Superfrog or Alien Breed would be a dream come true. I'd also like to see a new version of Qwak but it's pretty unlikely.

That'd rely more on Jamie than Team17.

Army Men?

What is Army Men, I've never played it or seen it, or heard about it even.

Indeed, which is why I think it's unlikely.

Well, Jamie was working on a GBA version of Qwak... whatever happened to that?

Well it's finished, and plays great. My agent is now looking for a publisher for it. It's quite hard getting orginal stuff published on GBA, but we have some interest already, and I'm very confident it will see the light of day on GBA.

Hope you all go and buy it, saving for a Ferrari, is sooooo hard! (joke).

As soon as Qwak Advance hits the shelves, you can rest assured I will be going out and buying a copy (as opposed to, say, scrounging a review copy off of the publishers - every little helps, as they say!).
