Worms HD

Post by Ash » Sun Oct 15, 2006 9:43 am

Anyone else noticed that Martyn Brown is currently waiting for Worms HD on his blog page. That's the first I've heard of the game and, to be honest, it's got me a little bit excited. Might even have to buy a 360 now.

I bet it won't support online play.

It's going to be an XBox Live Arcade download. Martyn wouldn't give me any specific details (arguably because I didn't ask for them) but he did say it's not entirely up to Microsoft when it's released.

Yes, if they stick 'HD' on the end of it, it denotes it will be a Live Arcade download. Unfortunately, that doesn't guarantee it to have online play (I know you're not contesting that, Ben, I'm just telling those not in the know). I know of at least one game, Mutant Storm Reloaded, that is multiplayer only locally.

BTW the 'B' in Xbox isn't capitalised. Yes, it does matter, you help to run a games site.

I don't care. It's a Box. It's X'd. Therefore XBox, or X-Box. Xbox looks rubbish.

It's not a Box, mate, it's a box. Are you wearing a Hat or some Socks?

Seconded. I would also accept "XBrick", but that's just me.
