Ah, it's great to finally be able to listen to those tunes fully without them being broken up by table events... .
And for reference: http://perso.wanadoo.fr/dazeland/Musica.html
EDIT: I've opened up the Steel Wheel MOD in the tracker, found out the notes, and started constructing a MIDI of it. Here's what I've got so far:

Anyway, here's stage two of my manufacture of the Steel Wheel tune! It's the first stage, but with the drums and bassline added:

Oh well, at least I'm demonstrating my ability to successfully read decoded .MODs and write them down in DMP7AndrewTaylor wrote:I think I've got them somewhere, too.
This thread hasn't been hugely successful, really, has it?

That's impressive, Paul. Keep it up. Let's see if you can do the PF title music, that would be amazing
For future reference, lots of videogame music in various file formats can be found at [http://www.mirsoft.info], including the Digital Illusion pinball games, all in separate files.
Which tracker do you use, Paul? And do you know if it, or any that are available either for free or a small price, are similar to the way OctaMED worked? I found that program really easy to use.
Oh, and hi

I don't know, Andy. The last one I used was a complicated DOS affair. I've read the features of other MOD makers but none of them say they use the computer keyboard to input things in real-time during recording. I presumed it was a really basic feature that none of them care to mention, or something which not many of them have.
I messed about with OctaMED for a bit but the copy I got from an Amiga magazine cover disk set didn't include any samples, and I hadn't a clue where to get 'em from.
EDIT: I've had a go of MPT now and understand it uses the same input method as OctaMED.

Slightly off-topic: Anyone want to hear a [version of Cannon Fodder by a miserable worm?] The dream is now a reality! Though not a high-quality one but I'm very new.
Wait until the remixed bit comes in half-way through.
