I thought I'd start a new thread for this.
So, a couple of days before forum closure, I tried to download the entire forum using a script I found. It caused the forum to crash for a few hours. Whoops, sorry about that!
So, then I tried downloading the archive (you know, that weird text-only thing that you used to get in Google results sometimes). And as far as I can tell, it worked! Unfortunately, the link conversion failed.
So StepS very kindly did it for me, saving me a bit of time, as well as restoring the index (which was deleted probably due to some bug in wget).

Once I upgrade the HDD in my server I might actually host this as a website rather than a giant archive. It's over 300MB unpacked, though.
