So as not to clog up Ben's thread about his own Fan-Project:

SUPERFROG HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED!
So it's up to his faithful, but ever-sarcastic, sidekick - the irreverent Spud - to do something about it, and chase after that wicked Witch once again to retrieve his friend - but is she really to blame? For there seems to be a higher force at work behind this motivated kidnap attempt... and what's worse, Spud will have to travel through all sorts of different worlds and solve puzzles of all kinds to follow her!

* No lives to lose, but many puzzles to confuse!
* Platform-game style levels mixed with lateral thinking!
* Random music!
* Scratch all the way through your skull as you attempt to crack each level!
* It's got Spud in it!

Work out the puzzle of this level (it's from world 2 and therefore quite easy):

Clues:
* You are Spud, obviously.
* Spud can jump quite high, and can easily jump from the middle tree to the cloud.
* Spud can stand on the cloud, the ground, the middle tree and the right tree, but not the left tree.
* If Spud jumps off the side of the screen, he will wrap around to the other side.
* If Spud touches Colin, he will be hurt. Similarly, if Colin throws a flaming arrow at Spud, and it hits him, he will be hurt. (You can't die in the game, but every time Spud gets hurt he has to restart the level and your aim is to get through with at little life losses as possible).
* Colin will only throw a flaming arrow at Spud if Spud throws one at him. To do this, Spud merely needs to touch the flaimg arrow in the air.

How do you get the star?

Take a run towards the fat-left of the cloud and then jump off, hoping to wrap 'round and collect the star on the other side.

No, if you touch it, Spud will hurl one at Colin, and he'll hurl one back in the direction of Spud. if Spud touches Colin's arrows, he'll be hurt.

Do Colin's arrows home in on Spud, or do they just fire off in a straight line?

The thinking being, jump onto the arrow, then onto the star really quickly, avoiding Colin's arrow.

You're on the right track. Colin's arrows do home in on Spud, but vaguely. That being, they'll go towrads Spud, but they can't change direction, they'll keep going in a straight line.

You can't stand on the arrow.

You're thinking along the right lines, but it's not the star the arrow needs to hit.

touch the arrow while falling, making colin hit the cloud

the cloud then moves further left

jump onto the cloud, and move to the end, jump off the side, making u appear on the other side, and grab the star

You are, in fact, juct about right. Make Colin's arrow hit the cloud, and it will explode, scattering fragments of cloud around, which you can stand on, thus reaching the star.

And that's how the game works.
