This is the very latest update available for the retail version of Worms Armageddon. This installation includes all previous updates and features compatibility for Windows 2000/XP, lots of bug fixes and many new features. For an in-depth explanation of what's in the update, check the included Readme file.

This update WILL NOT WORK with digital versions (TryMedia, GameTap, Steam, etc.) of Worms Armageddon. You must have a retail copy with an original CD-ROM in order to use this update. Installing it on a digital version will cause the game to cease working.

Steam users automatically receive updates from the client, and do not need to manually patch the game.

Originally included only with the Armageddon Collection, this screensaver is the computer playing itself at Worms Armageddon. There are several landscapes, and a few teams, four of which are picked at random for each match. There are no settings, so you can't specify which landscape or teams you'd prefer. But it's still worth it.

When Team17 released the game digitally on Steam and GOG, they removed some speechbanks in order to maintain the game's existing PEGI/ESRB rating - Angry Scots, Jock, Rasta, Team17 Test, and The Raj.

These speechbanks contain some coarse language and some stereotypes that have dated poorly, and the game is probably better without them. They are made available here for download, however, for the sake of completeness.

To use these speechbanks, simply unzip the contents of this archive to your UserSpeech folder found wherever you have WA installed.
