It's Golf, Jim. But not as we know it. Using the traditional 2D style reminiscent of Worms Armageddon, you must lob a grenade towards the hole. The twist is that there's a worm tied to the pole and you've got to blow him up. There's also a fuse, so you have a set amount of time in which to get the grenade from start to finish. It's quite tricky, but definitely fun and worth your money - certainly better than Worms Mobile...
